ORDER:
In the G.O first above orders were issued declaring the
Government Hospitals mentioned in the annexure appended to the G.O. as
"Notified Hospitals" for providing OP treatment for diseases yearly
helth checkup under Employees Health Scheme
2.In the letter 2nd read above, the Chief Executive Officer, Aarogyasri Health Care Trust has informed that in item ‘C’ of the annexure, which was furnished by him earlier, certain omissions have inadvertently occurred and he has requested to substitute the same with the revised list now enclosed
3.After careful examination, the following amendment is issued to the G.O. first read above:
