           Ref: Supreme Court Team visit Report Dt:04-02-2016. 0 
                                           Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan is implementing the education for all the children in the age group of gaps with the active participation of the co Schools and to eradicate gloomy lea Infrastructure facilitates. 
                           Although substantial effo taken up for creation of the facilities, the maintenance of the same t •  the mark. If sufficient care is not taken up during summer holidays, is conditions prevail in the Schools which would become a major reaso•rop outs.  providing elementary ridge social and gender in the management of the nvironment and inadequate 

                          After care nation of the issue and in view of exigency, the Project Officers of DEOs are hereby directed to entrust the responsibility of the maintena e of School buildings to the School Management Committees and the conc e d master of the School. The responsibilities to be fixed for the are as given under. 

1. Lock the toilets during summer holidays to safe guard from the anti social elements. 
2. Monitoring, Maintaining and Cleaning of the Schools on atleast once for 15days during summer holidays by keeping the surrounding environment in a hygienic condition. 
3. Ensuring sufficient water supply to the toilets and also potable drinking water supply to the Schools from reopening of schools. Wherever possible running water shall be kept available in toilets as it would the best for maintenance.
