Sub: SE – Govt. Programmes viz., Badipilusthondi, Manavooru-Mana Badi in the state during summer vacation – Instructions for not to relieve teachers under work adjustment and continuation in the same schools until further orders - Issued – Reg
     

1. All the District Educational Officers in the state are informed that, after completion of Teacher Transfer Counselling – 2017, the identified surplus teachers were reserved under District Educational Officer Pool. As per the need, District Educational Officer Pool Teachers were adjusted in the needy schools & in JASES/DIETs/CTE in the state under work adjustment. The Govt., / Commissioner of School Education have also issued work adjustment orders to certain teachers to the Schools and IASES/DIETs/CTE in the state.
2. It is informed that the Govt. of Andhra Pradesh is conducting Badipilustondi. Manavooru-Mana Badi in the state as a flagship programme commencement of the academic year 2018, to improve enrollment and retention of students and to arrest dropouts. Accordingly, there is a need for continuation of the teachers under work adjustment in the same school/institution for the successful conduct of these programmes and not bring them back to District Educational Officer Pool at the end of this Academic Year
3. In view of the above, all the District Educational Officers in the state are instructed to continue the teachers working under work adjustment in the same school/institution, until further orders.
