- I wish to inform youthat the Government has decided to conducat Prathibha awards presentation to the Meritorius students of SSC Examinations, Intermediate Collegiate/Techinical Education-2018 State Level awards presentation on 15-10-2018 at Mini Stadium , south bypass Road , Ongole , Praksam District The Hon'ble Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh and the Hom'ble Minister for Human Resources development and other degnitaries are attending the awards presentation function.
- Accommodation is provided to the awrdees and escorts in schools and colleges and names of venue in charges and their phone numbers as mentioned in the annexure appeded to this letter. I request you kindly issue necessary instructions to the awardees and escorts to attedn the presentation of pratibha awards ongole and report at the venues for accommdation provided on 14-10-2018 at 5.00 PM and also issue insrtutions to the awardees and escorts contact the acommodation in charges for any information required.
- Help Desk are also provided at Railway Station , Ongole and Bus station Ongole the contact numbers of help desks are also mentioned in the annexures is enclosed to this letter.
