With reference to the above,'a11 the Deputy Educational Officers , Mandal Educational Officers and the Headmasters in the District are informed that the Government have decided to conduct the function to present Prathibha Awards to meritorious students of SSC Public Examinations March 2018 Eve of Dr.ApJ Abdul Kalam Birthday, former President of India on 15. 1O.2O18 at Govt Arts College, Near Y Junction, Rajahmundry, East Godavari District. ' In this corrtext, all the Deputy Educational Officers and Headmasters are instructed:
- To ensure receipt of the list of the selected students @ 6 students per mandal issued by the Director, Government Examinations and confirm to this office.
- Address the students selected with a request to attend the pratibha awards presentation function at venue along with one Escort (either Teacher or parent). T.A will be paid, and Refreshment, breakfast and lunch will also be provided to the awardee student escort.
- The award will consist of one.Medal, merit certificate, tab Proceedings of cash award, which will be credited online to the submitted by the student which shall be furnished to this office Headmasters.
- The students may be advised to attend Cbllege, Near Y Juhction, Rajahmundry, East the State level Function at Govt Arts Godavari District with identity card and the filled in proforma duly signed by the Student and the Headmaster. The proforma to be filled by the student is enclosed here with at Annexure - I which may be circulated to all students
- Submit the names of the studeirts bank account No.s and escort and their contact No's in the given proforma annexed to these proceedings to this office on or before 10.10.2018.
- The accommodation and contact details of the Officers incharge of the accommodation provided and names of officers of receiption Committee at railway station and Bus station at the venue and their contact No.s will be intimated and published in the website i.e www.deozuntur.olg.
- The student may be advised to maintain utmost discipline during the conduct of the Awards presentation function and sha1l follow the instructions given by the organizers
- The Deputy Educational Officers sha-ll take steps for uploading the bank details and Bank pass book Iirst page of the Awardee in cse wesbsite
- The Deputy Educational Officers and Headmasters are responsible for uploading of correct and complete bank Account details for transfer of scholarship amounts: They will be personally held responsible for incorrect information.
