As the learned counsel appearing for the vacate stay petitioners-applicatnts would state that ther is urgency in the matter since the authorities are now proposing to make promotions ignoring the order of the Tribunal which has been suspended on this writ petition, there shall be a direction to the authorities to maintian status quo as regards propsed promotions if any, till the next date of hearing
