Rashtriya Ekta Diwas

All the Project Officers of APSSA, District Educational Officers and all concerned Officers in the State are informed that, the Government of India has instructed to celebrate Rashtriya Ekta Diwas in a befitting manner on 31st October 2019 to mark the birth anniversary of Sardar Vallabhai Patel.
In this context, all the District Project Officers, SSA and District Educational Officers and all concerned officials in the State are hereby instructed to conduct
(i) Pledge taking ceremony to mark the occasion (Pledge is enclosed)
(ii) A “Run for Unity”
(iii) Essay, Debate, Quiz competitions on the theme of Sardar Vallabhai Patel
(iv) Prabhat Pheri by students and Teachers

1. After organizing the above activities by all schools in your jurisdiction, you may enter the details of the schools and students in the tracker by clicking the following link.

2. Further, the photograph/videos of the students may also be uploaded on the following link.

3. Rashtriya Ekta Diwas or National Unity Day will be observed on 31st October serves to reinforce our commitment to strengthen the security, unity and integrity of our country.
4. All the States/UTS have to upload data, photos, videos etc. on the tracker and drive
5. For uploading on tracker and drive user must have a gmail account
6. After getting the permission for accessing the tracker
A) User can simply login into their registered gmail account,
B) Copy the available link of tracker and paste in browser (google chrome)
C) Tracker/ drive for Rashtriya Ekta Diwas will get open
D) Go to your State/UT specific row, update the information for activity as mentioned in tracker.
E) Select “YES/NO” from the option whether the material (photographs, videos etc.) is uploaded Google drive,
F) Next, click on “LINK” available in the tracker, it will redirect /navigate the user in to the folder on goggle drive, user can now add or upload the Photos, videos etc.
G) User can also directly upload or add the material (photographs, videos etc.) in their State/UT folder available on google drive form the link as provided after login.
7. Uploading of data and materials on Rashtriya Ekta Diwas Tracker and Drive is to done AT STATE LEVEL ONLY.
8. All the district to Submit the progress details in the prescribed proforma through Google sheet in the following link  and share the photos and events to quality mail

The copy of the material uploaded to the tracker be sent through e-mail to SPD, SSA State office.
