e-SR లో details upload  చేయటం:

>Service Regularisation,Probation declaration,Police Anticidrnts No  కొరకు SR లోని పేజీలు Scan  చేసి upload  చేయాలి.
>Service  లో ప్రతి Change in pay  events (Annual increment,AAS,Step up,Promotion fixation,PRC లు) అన్నీ నమోదు చేయాలి.AAS  కు,Promotions  కు SR  entry  నమోదు చేయాలి‌
>సర్వీసులో అన్ని Transfers ,Promotions(పూర్వపు పాఠశాల DDO Nos) date of joiningర,Date of relief,Transfer order no  వివరాలతో  నమోదు ఉన్న SR  పేజీలు Scan  చేసి upload  చేయాలి.
>Deptl Test నమోదు అయిన SR  పేజీలు నమోదు చేయాలి.Hall Tickets Nos  కావాలి
>GIS,APGLI   పెంపుదల వివరాలు నమోదు చేయాలి
>Spouse,Son,Unmarried/Widowed/PH daughter  ల DOB,Aadhar , Gratuity,APGLI,GIS  నామినీల కొరకు కావాలి
> స్వంత,కుటుంబ సభ్యుల ఆస్తులు ఉందా!! ఇండ్లు ,స్థలాలు,  విస్తీర్ణము,Survey/Door  no, Document Scanned copies  ను Upload చేయాలి
>pH certificate  లేక SR entry Scanned copy upload  చేయాలి
>SSC,Inter,Degree or equalent,B.Ed/Pandit Training/P.ET Training  వివరాలు, మరియు SR  లో నమోదయిన ఇతర అర్హతలు యొక్క చదివిన Institution,Year తో బాటు వాటి Scanned copies లేక SR entries    లు upload  చేయాలి.
>DIST local status SR entry Scanned copy  ను Upload  చేయాలి
>Bank Account Pass book first page ,Pan card,Single passport photo,Photo with spouse (half post card size )  లను Upload  చేయాలి
>APGLI ,pf  slips upload  చేయాలి
>అన్నీ Note మరియు Scan  చేసుకొని Ready  గా పెట్టుకొంటే ఇవన్నీ చేయటానికి కనీసం ఒక రోజు(20 గంటలు) పడుతుంది
>కావున ఇప్పటినుండే e-SR  పని  మొదలు పెట్టాలి."అంతం కాదిది ఆరంభం"
>లేక అనుభవమున్న వ్యక్తులకు,అది ఒకపనిగా చేయు వారికి ఈ పని అప్పగించండి.
>ఈ e-SR  entry  లో పేర్లు లో తప్పులను సరిచేసుకొని వచ్చును.
>DDO Final Submisson  వరకు Edit  చేసుకొన వచ్చును.తప్పులు దొర్లాయని కంగారు పడనవసరము లేదు.
>HM/MEO  లోనుండి SR  లను తీసుకొని సరిచేసుకోవాలి.
