 కొంతమంది ఉపాధ్యాయులు వారి యొక్క సమస్యల మీద డైరెక్ట్ గా గౌరవ ప్రజాప్రతినిధులు కలుస్తున్నారు మరియు ప్రిన్సిపల్ సెక్రెటరీ గారికి దరఖాస్తు చేస్తున్నారు ఇది సి సి ఎ రూల్స్ కి వ్యతిరేకం. కావున ప్రాంతీయ విద్యా సంచాలకులు మరియు జిల్లా విద్యాశాఖ అధికారులు మీ పరిధిలో ఉపాధ్యాయులు రూల్ నెంబర్ 20, 24 పాటించేలా చర్యలు తీసుకోవాలని సూచించారు.
