Filling up of vacancies in IASES, CTE, DIETS, by way of deputations from eligible School Assistants/Headmasters Govt./Zilla Parishad Management Schools through committees - Certain instructions issued Regarding.

The attention of all Joint Collectors (Development), Regional Joint Directors of School Education, District Educational Officers and Principals of Teacher Educational Institutions in the State are invited to the ref 2nd, 3rd, 10th, 11th and 12th cited and all are aware that, the Department have issued guidelines for filling up of vacancies of teaching staff in teacher educational institutions i.e... IASES, CTE. DIETS, by way of deputations from eligible School Assistants/Headmasters working in Govt./Zilla Parishad Management Schools in their respective Zones for strengthening of Teacher Training Institutions in the State during the year 2020-21 through a committee headed by Joint Collector (Development) of concerned districts.

Further, in continuation of the guidelines issued earlier, the following guidelines are issued with regard to reliving of deputed teachers, deputation to non-teaching staff, minimum service etc., are

a. No Headmasters/School Assistants shall be posted to the non teaching/para academic post in the respective Teacher Educational Institutions.

b. All deputed Headmasters/School Assistants shall render their services for a minimum period of one year and maximum three years at their respective Institutions..

c. The RIDSE/DEO concerned is the competent authority to repatriate/relieve the deputed Headmaster/School Assistants respectively.


d. While repatriating/relieving the deputed Headmasters/School Assistants, the guidelines issued in ref 13th cited (DSE Procgs Dt-07- 07-2021) should be followed scrupulously. 

e. If any lecturers/senior lecturers working on deputation and repatriated to their institutions then, the concerned Principal shall take appropriate decision on whom (teachers) to be relived duly justifying the subject needs of students.


Further, it has brought to the notice of the higher authorities that, several applicants are directly approaching the Director of School Education/Director, SCERT to consider the applications for deputation instead of approaching the respective committees through proper channel. It shall not be encouraged and such representations may not be considered.


Therefore, all under mentioned officers are requested to adhere the above guidelines/instructions strictly with respect to deputed Headmasters/School Assistants working in the Teacher Educational Institutions and they are also: requested to ensure that, the left over vacancies of academic posts are to be filled as early as possible.
