One Day Orientation to Teachers on New Textbooks Rc.SS Dt:18.08.21

Conduct of One Day Orientation to Teachers on New Textbooks in two spells on 21.08.2021 and 28.08.2021 at School Complex Level for Classes I to V and Subject Complex Level for Classes VI and VII – Instructions issues RC.No:SS Dt:18.08.21

The attention of all the District Educational Officers and Ex Officio Additional Project Coordinators of Samagra Shiksha in the state are invited to the subject cited, and informed that the Government has introduced new text books for classes I to VII under NEP-2020 Curricular Reforms. In this connection it is decided to conduct one day orientation to the teachers who are teaching Classes I to VII in Primary, Upper Primary and High Schools at school/subject complex level on new text books.

The physical mode of training will be conducted at School Complex level in 2 Spells i.e., 50 % of teachers shall attend on 21.08.2021 and the remaining 50 % teachers shall attend on 28.08.2021 who are teaching Classes I to VII in Primary, Upper Primary and High Schools at school complex level. Further, all the DEOS and APCs of Samagra Shiksha in the state are

directed to instruct all the Mandal Educational Officers in your respective districts to identify four Resource Persons for each School Complex

(Telugu-1, English-1, Mathematics-1, EVS-1) for classes I to V. And the Mandal Educational Officers where Subject Complex is located shall identify 2 Resource Persons for concerned Subject to train teachers who are teaching classes VI and VII to provide physical training to teachers at School Complex level.

The two hours online orientation to the identified resource persons will be conducted on 19.08.2021 from 11.00 am to 1.00 PM. The resource. persons are informed to join in the following given link.

In this regard all the DEOS and APCs of Samagra Shiksha in the state. are requested to issue suitable instructions to all the Primary Teachers who are teaching classes I to V to attend one day orientation at their concerned School Complex and teachers who are teaching classes VI and VII shall attend one day orientation at their concerned Subject Complex respectively in two spells..
