 Krishna – National Programme on School Leadership Development and Implementation Plan for School Leadership Academy, A.P.2021-22 from 07.03.2022 to 11.03.2022 (5 days) by 3.30 PM to 5.30 PM – Certain instructions – Issued. 

Ref :- Memo.No.ESE02-22/73/2010-SIEMAT, Dt. 28.02.2022, Dt. 28.02.2022 of the State Project Director, APSS, Amaravathi.

The attention of all the Deputy Educational Officers and Mandal Educational Officers is instructed to the reference cited, wherein the State Project Director, APSS, Amaravati has informed that the SLA, A.P. is collaborating with the National Centre for School Leadership(NCSL) at NIEPA on the National Program of School Leadership Development so as to implement the Key process indicators for state leadership academy.

In this context, the SLA, A.P. is proposed to encourage by conducting the live shows with School Heads (Primary to Secondary) for thirty minutes to be hosted on A.P.SLA Official in You tube channel during the month of March,2022. 

Therefore, all the Deputy Educational Officers and Mandal Educational Officers in the District are hereby requested to issue necessary instructions toall School Heads / Principals (Primary to Secondary) regarding the following activities. 

1. Register with the Basic Level of School Leadership Programme and to complete the same in the current academic year 2021-22 through the NCSL portal // pslm.niepa.ac.in. Once the basic level course is completed he/she can register for online programme in Intermediate level.  
2. An online orientation will be conducted for Primary to Secondary Schools Heads from 07.03.2022 to 11.03.2022 ( Five days) by 3.30 P.M to 5.30 P.M by the subject experts from NIEPA /NCERT /SCERT /SIEMAT and Practitioners related to the field of of Education.

జిల్లా లోని అన్ని యాజమాన్యాల(ప్రాథమిక,ప్రాథమికోన్నత,ఉన్నత, సీనియర్ సెకండరీ పాఠ శాల ల ) ప్రధానోపాధ్యాయులు కు ముఖ్య గమనిక:

 స్కూల్ లీడర్షిప్ ఆన్లైన్ ట్రైనింగ్:

 📌అన్ని  ప్రభుత్వ యాజమాన్య పాఠ శాల ల ప్రధానోపాధ్యాయులు 07-03-2022 నుండి 11-03-2022 వరకు ప్రతి రోజు 3:30 pm నుండి 5:30pm వరకు స్కూల్ లీడర్షిప్ స్టేట్ అకాడెమీ ఆధ్వర్యంలో లీడర్షిప్ ఆన్లైన్ ట్రైనింగ్ కు హాజరు కావలెను.

📌ట్రైనింగ్ స్టేట్ స్కూల్ లీడర్షిప్ academy వారి  అఫిషియల్ YouTube channel మరియు దీక్ష channel లో ప్రత్యక్ష ప్రసారమగును.(లింక్స్ పంపబడును)

📌అలాగే NCSL వారి           www//pslm.niepa.ac.in వెబ్సైట్ నందు ప్రతి ప్రధానోపాధ్యాయుడు తప్పక రిజిస్టర్ చేసుకోవాలి 

తదుపరి నిర్దేశిత సమయం నుండి అదే website నుండి లీడర్షిప్ కోర్సు పూర్తి చేయాల్సివుంది.

📌ట్రైనింగ్ తీసుకున్న తరువాత ప్రతి పాఠ శాల లో లీడర్షిప్ ప్రోగ్రామ్ నిర్వహించవలెను,లీడర్షిప్  కార్యక్రమము యొక్క ఫోటోలు, వీడియోలు(సక్సెస్ స్టోరీస్), బెస్ట్ ప్రాక్టీసెస్ ను మాకు అనగా AMO Wing, Samagra Shiksha కార్యాలయం కు పంపాలి.

📌ఈ ట్రైనింగ్ కు అందరు ప్రాథమిక, ప్రాథమికోన్నత,ఉన్నత, సీనియర్ సెకండరీ పాఠశాల ల ప్రధానోపాధ్యాయులు తప్పక హాజరు కావాలి.

📌 కేజివివి ల SO లు,APMS ప్రిన్సిపల్స్,అన్ని యాజమాన్య రెసిడెన్షియల్ పాఠ శాల ల ప్రి న్సిపాల్స్ కూడా ఈ ట్రైనింగ్ తీసుకోవాలి.
