Re-engagement of the Services of Out Sourcing and Contract Employees working under control of Additional Project Coordinators of Samagra Shiksha in the State for the year 2022-23 Rc.42

APSS, Amaravati -Re-engagement of the Services of Out Sourcing and Contract Employees working under control of Additional Project Coordinators of Samagra Shiksha in the State for the year 2022-23- Orders Issued. 

Ref: Rc.No.SS/42/2021-ADMIN-SSA, Dated: 29.04.2022 of the SPD SS, A.P., Amaravati.

The attention of the all the Addl. Project Coordinators, Samagra Shiksha in the state is invited to the reference read above, wherein they were informed that the services of Outsourced/Contract employees including Special Officers, CRTS, PETS and Part Time PGTS of KGBV, Type IV KGBVS, Data Entry Operator, MIS Coordinator, ANMS, CRPS, Accountants, Messengers, IERTS, Night & Day Watchwomen, Vocational Instructor, Computer Instructors, Office Subordinates, Cooks, Sweeper/Scavenger, Site Engineers, Part Time Instructors, Health and Physical Education, Work Education, Junior Assistants, Watchman, Physiotherapists & Ayas of 1.E and Sectoral Officers and Assistants Sectorial Officers etc, working in their offices/District shall be terminated on the A.N of 29.04.2022.

Now, all the Additional Project Coordinators, Samagra Shiksha in State are informed that the services of Outsourced/Contract employees including Special Officers, CRTS, PETS and Part Time PGTS of KGBV, Type IV KGBVS, Data Entry Operator, MIS Coordinator, ANMS, CRPS, Accountants, Messengers, IERTS, Night & Day Watchwomen, Vocational Instructor, Computer Instructors, Office Subordinates, Cooks, Sweeper/Scavenger, Site Engineers, Part Time Instructors, Health and Physical Education, Work Education, Junior Assistants, Watchman, Physiotherapists & Ayas of I.E and Sectoral Officers and Assistants Sectorial Officers etc, working in their offices/District shall be re-engaged on F.N. of 02.05.2022 wherever required to complete the academic year or projects like Nadu Nedu and

Academic related activities etc. with due approval from the Chairman, Samagra Shiksha of the respective districts duly submitting performance review by the reporting officer and work done by the concerned employee.

Further, all the Additional Project Coordinators, Samagra Shiksha in the State are requested to follow the rules and regulations of the Government and also guidelines issued by this office scrupulously without any deviation while re engaging the services of employees on Out Sourcing & Contract Basis under Samagra Shiksha for the year 2022-23.

This has got the approval of the State Project Director, Samagra Shiksha, A.P., Amaravati.
