Selection of SVP awards 2021-22 at District level - General guidelines -reg.
Sir/Madam,
I am directed to refer to this Department's communication of even number dated 10th January 2022, 31 January 2022, 22nd February 2022, 17th March 2022 and 31 March 2022 regarding the Swachh Vidyalaya Puraskar 2021-22 and to say: that this Department has extended the last date for self-registration and submission by the schools for SVP awards 2021-22 upto 15th April 2022. All other timelines for the awards will remain the same, as informed earlier. Hence, the evaluation of the schools which have already submitted their application may be started concurrently, as the same has to be completed by the districts by 15th May 2022.
2. I am also directed to enclose herewith "General Guidelines for Selection of the Awards for SVP 2021-22 at the district level" for further necessary action at your end.

3. It is therefore again requested to ensure that all the schools in the State/UT register themselves and submit their application on SVP portal for SVP 2021-22 awards, well before the revised last date i.e. 15th April 2022. It is also requested to direct all the districts to commence the evaluation process concurrently and complete it by 15th May 2022.
