2. In the reference 2nd, 3rd and 4th cited all the Secretariat departments were requested to obtain the information from the HoDs under their control regarding the number of employees, where recruitment process was completed and the results for recruitment were declared before 01.09.2004 (CPS adoption date in the AP State)against the vacancies occurring on or before 31.08.2004 but joined duty on or after 01.09 2004
3. However, information in complete shape is still awaited from most of the departments. Therefore, all the Departments of Secretariat are requested to ascertain the data from their HoDs and furnish the consolidated report along with data of Secretariat Department. If any changes are to be made to the data already submitted by the Departments, they may furnish the revised consolidated report. Otherwise the data already submitted will be treated as final.
4 In view of the above all the Secretariat Departments are once again requested to furnish the consolidated information (including all HoDs under their administrative control) by 4.00 pm on 12.10.2022. The details given in this regard by the said time line will be considered as final. Further, if the details are not given by any Department, it will be treated as NIL
