School Education Supply of Semester-2 and 3 textbooks to Students under sale component for the Academic Year 2022-23 -Certain Instructions - Issued.

2.Delivery schedules issued to all the DTMs in the State.
ORDER:
The attention of all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education /District Educational Officers in the State are invited to the references cited, wherein the textbooks for Semester-2 and 3 have been supplied to all the Districts under sale component for the Academic Year 2022-23.
Further, they have been informed that during the supply of textbooks for semester-1, certain lapses have been identified on supply of textbooks
to the students. In view of the above and also to avoid such lapses, it is informed that:
i. The District Textbooks Managers are instructed to supply all titles of semester-2 and 3 textbooks in single schedule as per sold textbooks report received for semester-1.
il. The Mandal Educational Officers shall supply all the textbooks of Semester-2 and 3 to the Private School Managements, who have paid full amount for all titles.
ORDER:
The attention of all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education /District Educational Officers in the State are invited to the references cited, wherein the textbooks for Semester-2 and 3 have been supplied to all the Districts under sale component for the Academic Year 2022-23.
Further, they have been informed that during the supply of textbooks for semester-1, certain lapses have been identified on supply of textbooks
to the students. In view of the above and also to avoid such lapses, it is informed that:
i. The District Textbooks Managers are instructed to supply all titles of semester-2 and 3 textbooks in single schedule as per sold textbooks report received for semester-1.
il. The Mandal Educational Officers shall supply all the textbooks of Semester-2 and 3 to the Private School Managements, who have paid full amount for all titles.
iii. If any Private School Management paid amount for semester-1 only, in such cases the Mandal Educational Officer shall verify payment receipt the Private School Managements who made partial payments and instruct them to pay supply the semester-2 and 3 textbooks duly obtaining DD from the Private School Managements, if any required additionally.
iv. The Mandal Educational Officers shall furnish the original DDs to the District Textbook Managers concerned. v. Further, sufficient bilingual textbooks for semester-1, 2 and 3 are available at District Textbook Manager. Therefore, if any shortage of titles occurred in Mandals, the Mandal Educational Officer has to inform the District Educational Officer / District Textbook Manager and obtain the required books, immediately.
vi. If any Private School Management approaches the District Educational Officer / District Textbook Manager for textbooks, the same shall issue from the available sale books in the District godowns duly collecting DD receipt.
vii.The District Textbook Manager shall submit all DDs to the 0/0 Director, Government Textbook Press, A.P., Guntur with proper acknowledged.
vi. If any Private School Management approaches the District Educational Officer / District Textbook Manager for textbooks, the same shall issue from the available sale books in the District godowns duly collecting DD receipt.
vii.The District Textbook Manager shall submit all DDs to the 0/0 Director, Government Textbook Press, A.P., Guntur with proper acknowledged.
viii. The entire distribution of semester-2 and 3 textbooks under sale component should complete before 10.11.2022.
ix.If any issues raised on distribution of textbooks under sale component, the same has to be brought to the notice of the Director, Government Textbooks Press, A.P., Guntur.
Further, all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education / District Educational Officers / District Textbooks Managers in the State are requested to:
a. Monitor overall the textbooks distribution work and to see that every title of textbook should reach to every student.
b. If any Mandal Educational Officer/ Headmaster is found negligent on supplying of textbooks to students in-time, will initiate stringent action against the concerned as per APCS CCA Rules-1991.
Receipt of these proceedings should be acknowledged.
Further, all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education / District Educational Officers / District Textbooks Managers in the State are requested to:
a. Monitor overall the textbooks distribution work and to see that every title of textbook should reach to every student.
b. If any Mandal Educational Officer/ Headmaster is found negligent on supplying of textbooks to students in-time, will initiate stringent action against the concerned as per APCS CCA Rules-1991.
Receipt of these proceedings should be acknowledged.
