MTS Teachers, 2018 DSC TEACHERS training shedule and venue details

All the Regional Joint Director of School Education, all the District Educational Officers, all the DIET Principals and all the Additional Project Coordinators of Samagra Shiksha in the State are here by informed that the Government is decided to conduct induction training for newly recruited teachers who were appointed in DSC 2018, DSC 2008(MTS), DSC 1998 (MTS),

In this connection all the District Educational Officers and Additional Project Coordinators of Samgra Shiksha in the State are informed that induction training for Secondary Grade Teachers will be conducted at DIETS in their respective districts. The District Educational officer will act as course director and the Principal of concerned DIET will act as course coordinator. The financial norms for the said induction training programe is to be followed as per the norms defined for Teach Tool training.

For School Assistants induction training will be conducted at identified centers in residential mode only (Annexure). The Additional Project Coordinator Samagra Shiksha of the district concerned will act as course director and concerned Deputy Educational Officer of that division will act as course coordinator. The details of the districts allotted to the center are mentioned in the annexure. The Financial Norms for residential mode of training programme is as follows:

1. TA Actual

2. DA 1/4th per day 

3. Boarding and Lodging Charges Rs.450.00 per day per person.

4. Stationary Rs. 60.00 per person. 

5. Miscellaneous Rs. 10000.00 per center.

Further the District Educational Officers are requested to take necessary action for smooth conduct of induction training for SGTS at DIETS, and for School Assistant teachers instruct them to attend the training at allotted centre for their respective subject. The School assistant training will be conducted in residential mode only.

The State Project Director Samagra Shiksha is requested to release the necessary budget for SGTS induction training to the respective Principal DIET and the budget related the Induction training of School Assistants may be released to the Additional Project Coordinator Samagra Shiksha of the concerned districts.

Further, the permission is accorded to the DIET Principals and the Additional Project Coordinator Samagra Shiksha to meet the necessary expenditure from the available funds. The same may be reimbursed after duly submitting the original Bills & Vouchers to the State Project Director Samagra Shiksha.
