ALLOWANCES Andhra Pradesh Manual of Special Pays and Allowances Recommendations of 11th Pay Revision Commission-Revised rates of Special Pays-Orders - Issued.
G.O.Ms.No.79 Dated: 13/06/2023. Read the following:-
1. G.O.Ms.No.171, Finance (HR. VI-TFR-A&L-TA) Department, Dated: 11.12.2015.
2. G.O.Ms.No. 1, Finance (PC-TA) Department, Dated: 17.01.2022.
3. G.O.Ms.No.18, Finance (PC-TA) Department, Dated: 25.02.2023.
ORDER:
In the reference 2nd read above, Government have issued comprehensive orders for implementation of Revised Pay Scales-2022, to the State Government employees. Further, among others, Government have specified at Para 11 of the reference 2nd read above, to constitute a Committee to examine the issue of Special Pay and the existing guidelines on Special Pays.
2. Accordingly, in the reference 3 read above, Government have constituted a Committee, to examine the issue of Special Pay and the existing guidelines on Special Pays and to give their recommendations to the Government. After detailed examination of the matter, the Committee have opined to implement the recommendations of 11 PRC, in respect of Special Pays.
3. The eleventh Pay Revision Commission in its report on Special Pays, recommended for revision of rates on Special Pays. It is also recommended that no Special Pays be paid in addition of any new category to the list of employees eligible for grant of Special Pay.
4. Government after careful examination of the matter, hereby order that Special Pays be paid at the revised rates to the holders of the posts as specified in the Annexure.
5.These orders shall come into force from 01.07.2023.
6. Necessary amendments to the Andhra Pradesh Manual of Special Pays and Allowances shall be issued in due course.
