The online examinations for the next Common Recruitment Process for RRBs (CRP RRBs XII) for recruitment of Group “A”-Officers (Scale-I, II & III) and Group “B”- Office Assistant (Multipurpose) will be conducted by the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) tentatively in August and September 2023. The interviews for recruitment of Group “A”- Officers (Scale-I, II & III) under the same process will be coordinated by the Nodal Regional Rural Banks with the help of NABARD and IBPS in consultation with appropriate authority tentatively in the month of November 2023.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Prospective Candidates should ensure that they fulfil the specified eligibility criteria before
applying for the CRP: Candidates may please note that the eligibility criteria specified is the basic criteria for appointment to the aforesaid posts in the Regional Rural Banks. However merely
applying for, qualifying in the CRP and getting provisionally allotted in one of the
RRBs does not imply that a candidate will necessarily be eligible for employment in
any of the Regional Rural Banks. It is expressly clarified that the ultimate authority
for recruitment is the Regional Rural Bank itself. The RRB concerned may, in its sole
discretion, reject the candidature of anyone provisionally allotted to it through the
CRP.
Nationality / Citizenship:
A candidate must be either -
(i) a Citizen of India or
(ii) a subject of Nepal or
(iii) a subject of Bhutan or
(iv) a Tibetan Refugee who came over to India before 1st January 1962 with the intention
of permanently settling in India or
(v) a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East
African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania (formerly
Tanganyika and Zanzibar), Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam with the
intention of permanently settling in India, provided that a candidate belonging to
categories (ii), (iii), (iv) & (v) above shall be a person in whose favour a certificate of
eligibility has been issued by the Government of India.
Age (As on 01.06.2023)
For Officer Scale- III (Senior Manager)- Above 21 years - Below 40 years i.e. candidatesshould nothave been born earlier than 03.06.1983 and later than 31.05.2002 (both dates inclusive)
For Officer Scale- II (Manager)- Above 21 years - Below 32 years i.e. candidatesshould not havebeen born earlier than 03.06.1991 and later than 31.05.2002 (both dates inclusive)
For Officer Scale- I (Assistant Manager)- Above 18 years - Below 30 years i.e. candidates should not have been born earlier than 03.06.1993 and later than 31.05.2005 (both dates inclusive) For Office Assistant (Multipurpose) - Between 18 years and 28 years i.e. candidates should not
have been born earlier than 02.06.1995 and later than 01.06.2005 (both dates inclusive)
EWS (Economically Weaker Section)
1. Persons who are not covered under the existing scheme of reservations to the Scheduled Castes,
the Schedule Tribes and the Other Backward Classes and whose family has gross annual income below Rs.8.00 lakh (Rupees eight lakh only) are to be identified as EWSs for benefit of reservation. The income shall include income from all sources i.e. salary, agriculture, business, profession etc. and it will be income for the financial year prior to the year of application. Also persons whose family owns or possesses any of the following assets shall be excluded from being identified as EWSs, irrespective of the family income:
i.) 5 acres of Agricultural Land and above;
ii.) Residential flat of 1000 sq. ft. and above;
iii.) Residential plot of 100 sq. yards and above in notified municipalities;
iv.) Residential plot of 200 sq. yards and above in areas other than the notified municipalities.
2. The property held by a "Family" in different locations or different places / cities would be clubbed while applying the land or property holding test to determine EWS status.
3. The benefit of reservation under EWS can be availed upon production of an Income and Asset Certificate issued by a Competent Authority. The Income and Asset Certificate issued by any one of the Authorities as notified by the Government of India in the prescribed format shall only be accepted as proof of candidate's claim as belonging to EWS. The candidates shortlisted for document verification/interview shall be required to bring the requisite certificate as specifie by the Government of India at the time of appearing for the process of document
verification/interview.
4. The term "Family" for this purpose will include the person who seeks benefit ofreservation ,his/her parents and siblings below the age of 18 years as also his/her spouse and children below the age of 18 years.
5. The instructions issued by the Government of India in this regard from time to time shall be adhered to.
Office Assistant
(Multipurpose)
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent
(a) Proficiency in local language as prescribed by the participating RRB/s*
(b) Desirable: Working knowledge of Computer.
Officer Scale-I
(Assistant Manager
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent
Preference will be given to the candidates having degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing and Cooperation, Information Technology, Management, Law, Economics or Accountancy; Proficiency in local language as prescribed by the participating RRB/s*
Desirable: working knowledge of Computer.
Officer Scale-II
General Banking Officer (Manager)
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks
in aggregate. Preference will be given to the candidates having degree in Banking, Finance, Marketing, Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary
Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing and Cooperation, Information Technology, Management, Law, Economics and Accountancy.
Officer Scale-II Specialist Officers (Manager)
Information Technology Officer Bachelor’s degree from a recognised University in
Electronics / Communication / Computer Science / Information Technology or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.Desirable: Certificate in ASP, PHP, C++, Java, VB, VC, OCP etc.
Officer Scale-III (Senior Manager)
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. Preference will be given to the candidates having Degree/ Diploma in Banking, Finance, Marketing, Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing and Co-operation, Information Technology, Management, Law, Economics and Accountancy

HOW TO APPLY
A candidate can apply for the Post of Office Assistant (Multipurpose) and can also apply
for the Post of Officer. However a candidate can apply for only one post in officer’s cadre
i.e. for Officer Scale-I or Scale-II or Scale-III.
Candidates have to apply separately and pay fees / intimation charges separately for each post.Candidates can apply online only. No other mode of application will be accepted.

గ్రామీణ బ్యాంకుల్లో ఖాళీల భర్తీకి 'ఐబీపీఎస్ ఆర్ఆర్బీ-సీఆర్పీ XII' నోటిఫికేషన్ను ఇన్స్టిట్యూట్ ఆఫ్ బ్యాంకింగ్ పర్సనల్ సెలక్షన్ మే 31న విడుదల చేసింది.దీని ద్వారా మొత్తం 8612 గ్రూప్-ఎ ఆఫీసర్ (స్కేల్-1, 2, 3), గ్రూప్-బి ఆఫీస్ అసిస్టెంట్(మల్టీ పర్పస్) పోస్టులను భర్తీ చేయనుంది. తాజా నియామకాల్లో ఏపీలో 939 ఖాళీలను భర్తీ చేయనున్నారు. వీటిలో 678 ఆఫీస్ అసిస్టెంట్ పోస్టులు, 261 ఆఫీసర్ స్కేల్-1 పోస్టులు ఉన్నాయి. అయితే తెలంగాణకు మాత్రం ఎలాంటి పోస్టులను మంజూరు చేయలేదు.
పోస్టులను అనుసరించి సంబంధిత సబ్జెక్టుల్లో బ్యాచిలర్స్ డిగ్రీ, ఎంబీఏ, సీఏ ఉత్తీర్ణులై ఉండాలి. ప్రిలిమినరీ, మెయిన్ ఎగ్జామ్, ఇంటర్వ్యూ ఆధారంగా అభ్యర్థులను ఎంపిక చేస్తారు. ఈ పోస్టుల భర్తీకి ఆన్లైన్ దరఖాస్తు ప్రక్రియ జూన్ 1న ప్రారంభమైంది. సరైన అర్హతలున్న అభ్యర్థులు జూన్ 21 వరకు దరఖాస్తులు సమర్పించవచ్చు. ఆగస్టులో ప్రిలిమినరీ పరీక్ష, సెప్టెంబరు మెయిన్ పరీక్ష నిర్వహిస్తారు.
