In the reference 1st cited, the Govt. have accorded permission for appointment of 4072 candidates as Secondary Grade Teachers who were qualified in DSC-1998 on contract basis with Minimum Time Scale basis in the state. Accordingly, the Commissioner of School Education, AP, Amaravathi has issued instructions to the District Educational Officers in the State (Erstwhile) to take the steps for appointing the DSC-1998 candidates as SGT (Telugu) on MTS basis in terms of G.O.Ms.No.27 SE(Ser) Dept., dated 15.03.2023 vide reference 2nd cited.Out of 4072 total 239 posts were allotted to SPSR Nellore District and appointment orders were issued to the 239 DSC 1998 qualified candidates as SGT (Telugu) on contract basis with Minimum Time Scale in the district.
In the reference 3rd cited, the Commissioner of School Education, AP, Amaravati has instructed to terminate the contractual agreement of the DSC 2008 & DSC-1998 contract teachers who appointed on Minimum Time Scale on the AN of 30.04.2023. The re-engagement for the year 2023-2024 will be from the first day of the next academic year, subject to issue of further instructions. Accordingly, the DSC 2008 (MTS) and DSC 1998 (MTS) contract teachers were terminated w.e.f 30.04.2024.
In the reference 4th cited, the Govt. have accorded permission the CSE to renew the services of the DSC 1998 contract teachers for a period of 11 months with effect from 01.06.2023 to 30.04.2024 with a break of one month. Accordingly, the Commissioner of School Education, AP, Amaravati has issued instructions to the District Educational Officers in the state (Erstwhile) to renew the services of the DSC-1998 contract teachers as per G.O.Rt.No.98, SE (Ser.) Dept., dated 13.06.2023 vide reference 5th cited. As per the instructions of the CSE, AP, Amaravati, renew orders were issued to the DSC-1998 (MTS) contract teachers in the district w.e.f 01.06.2023.
In the reference 6 cited, the Govt. has permitted to pay the salaries to the DSC-1998 (MTS) contract teachers from the Head of Account:2202-01-103- 00-05-300/301 from which the salaries of the DSC 2008 (MTS) teachers are being paid.
In view of the above, the Mandal Educational Officers concerned are requested to take immediate steps for payment of salaries to the DSC-1998 (MTS) contract teachers for their working periods from the Head of Account:2202-01-103-00-05-300/301 from which the salaries of the DSC-2008 (MTS) teachers are being paid and submit compliance to the under signed.
