Job Notifications
The Commission intends to fill up the posts of Office Subordinate on direct recruitment.
1. The details of the post are as follows:
No. of Posts to be filled up: 6 (Six)
Scale of Pay: Rs.20600-63660 [Pay Grade:2 in the RPS 20221
Age Limit: Min:21 years Max 35 years
Minimum Educational Qualification: S.S.C from recognized Board of School Education
Required Standards: Must be able to read and write Telugu and English and have a good physique. Should possess a two wheeler driving license.
2. Applications have to be made in the format appended to this notification. Applications should reach the Commission Secretary on or before 24-01-2024 Applications received after the due date and time will not be considered. The Commission is not responsible for any postal delay. The envelope containing the application may be superscribed as "Application for the post of Office Subordinate
3. If the application received is incomplete or if the required copies of certificates/demand draft are not enclosed, the application will not be considered. No further correspondence will be entertained in this regard.
4. Vacancies shall be reserved for the candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe and OBC in accordance with the instructions of the State Government in force.
5. Service rules as applicable to the employees of the Commission shall be made applicable to the candidates appointed.
6. Applicants are requested to submit the application only if they satisfy the qualifications as indicated. Candidates are requested to make a comparison of the qualifications required as well as possessed by them so as to enable their candidature.
7. The following must be enclosed with the application:
a) A demand draft for Rs.500/- drawn in favour of the Commission Secretary. Andhra Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission, payable at Hyderabad. Payment of Fees is exempted for the reserved categories of candidates as per the Government rules. Applications received without fees will be summarily rejected, Fees paid shall not be refunded under any circumstances
b) In the case of applicants belonging to SC/ST/BC, a fresh community certificate issued not earlier than six months from the date of notification by the concerned revenue official shall be produced.
c) Two recent passport size photographs placed in a small pouch in addition to the one which is pasted on the application form (total 3 photographs).
d) Self attested copy of SSC certificate as proof of Date of Birth
e) Self attested copy of two wheeler driving license.
f) If an experience certificate is given by the Personnel/HR department, a copy of the same may be enclosed.
g.Canvassing in any form, amounts to disqualification and the candidature of such
