ORDER:
In the G.O. 5th read above, the Government have issued guidelines for admission of children under Section 12(1)(C) of the Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act 2009 for allotment of 25% of seats in Class I in all Private Unaided Schools in the State for the academic year 2023-24.
2. In the circumstances reported by the State Project Director, Samagra Shiksha in reference 6th read above, the Government after careful examination of the matter, hereby orders that the guidelines issued in the G.O. 5th read above for the admission of children in Class I under Section 12(1)(C) of the Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act 2009 shall be applicable for the upcoming academic years, including the academic year 2024-25, until the Government decides to modify them.
3. The State Project Director, Samagra Shiksha shall take further necessary action accordingly, in the matter.
