SSC Public Examinations 2024 - Operation of adequate number of buses for the convenience of students appearing for SSC Public Examinations for the year 2024 issue of instructions- Reg.
Ref: D.O. Letter No.123/B-1/2024, Dt.05.02.2024 of Director of Govt.Examinations, Andhra Pradesh.
The Director of Govt. Examinations, Andhra Pradesh vide letter under reference, informed that SSC examinations for the year 2024 will be conducted from 18.03.2024 to 30.03.2024 and a total of 7,27,049 candidates are expected to appear in 3,472 centres spread across the entire State. The Timings of the examinations are from 09.30 hrs to 12.45 hrs.
In this connection the following instructions are issued for strict compliance.
1) To allow the students from their residence to the examination center and back on the strength of Examination Hall Ticket even if the candidate doesn't possess any Bus Pass on all Ultra Pallevelugu, Pallevelugu & City Ordinary Services free of cost. Crew shall not insist for valid bus pass.
2) The Free Travel facility is permitted only on the days of the examination during the Examination period i.e. from 18.03.2024 to 30.03.2024.
3) The above free travel facility shall be provided on all examination days even if the Government declares Public holiday or General Holiday in respect of any date (Mentioned in the Examination schedule).
Therefore, it is advised to be in touch with the concerned District Educational Officers and operate adequate number of buses for the convenience of the students appearing for SSC Examinations 2024.
Further, the above instructions on Free Travel on the strength of Hall Ticket shall be communicated to all the crew & staff through notice boards and gate meetings and see that no complaints are received in this regard.
