ORDER:

In the circumstances reported by the Commissioner, Women Development & Child Welfare, Government of Andhra Pradesh in the reference read above and after careful examination of the matter, Government hereby order that to count the period of absence of the Anganwadi Workers and Helpers on account of Strike from 12.12.2023 to 22.01.2024 (42 days) for the purpose of payment of Honorarium duly treating the said period as on duty on sympathetic grounds as a special case and it shall not be quoted as a precedent in future.

2. The Director, WD&CW, Govt., of A.P. shall take necessary action, accordingly, in the matter.
