All the District Educational Officers and Additional Project Coordinators of Samagra Shiksha in the State are informed that the Department of School Education & Literacy, Ministry of Education, Government of India has informed that the PM SHRI (PM Schools for Rising India) Scheme showcase the implementation of National Education Policy 2020. The first and second phase of selection process of PM SHRI schools has already been completed and a total number of 855 schools have been selected as PM SHRI schools.

As per the directions of the PAB meeting of PM SHRI Phase 2 held on 4th July, 2024, the Mandal Educational Officers at the mandal level shall be responsible for monitoring the PM SHRI activities at mandal level. They should visit PM SHRI schools once a week to check the quality of work and other infrastructure facilities.

It is instructed to all the above officers should monitor and ensure the saturation of the following facilities in all PM SHRI schools as per their school category (Primary/Elementary/Secondary/Senior Secondary).
