In continuation of the reference read above, the Finance andAccounts officer of this office is informed that the Commissioner of SchoolEducation & Ex-Officio Project Director, RMSA, A.P is pleased to sanction foran amount of Rs.1,19,00,000/-(Rupees One Crore Nineteen Lakhs Only)to (65) Girls Hostels attached to the Model Schools for meeting thee xpenditure for honorarium to the outsourcing staff salaries, fooding and lodging expenditure for children, payment of electricity and water bill, sports activities and news paper and magazine and procurement of utensils, beds ,mattresses, etc. A detailed statement along with list of Hostels is enclosed
herewith.
Therefore, the Finance and Accounts officer is requested to arrangeto release an amount of Rs.1,19,00,000/-(Rupees One Crore NineteenLakhs Only) to 65 Girls Hostels attached to the Model Schools for meetingthe expenditure for honorarium to the outsourcing staff salaries, foodingand lodging expenditure for children, payment of electricity and water bill,sports activities and news paper and magazine, etc. and procurement ofutensils, beds, mattresses, etc. duly meeting the expenditure from theavailable recurring grants of RMSA subject to recoupment from Girls Hostelsrecurring grants.
