The attention of the District Educational Officers of Anatapur, Kadapa, Nellore and Chittoor is invited to reference 2nd above wherein the Spl. Commissioner & EO Additional Secretary to Govt., Revenue (DM) department requested the Collectors of Nellore, Chittoor. Kadapa and Anatapur to furnish the reports in detail District wise / Mandal wise along with photographs of damaged infrastructure with captions so as to enable this Department to prepare final Memorandum and submit the same to the Inter Ministerial central Team (MCT), Government of India.

2. In this regard the above District Educational Officers are requested to ensure that the details of damaged infrastructure with respect to schools and school buildings are furnished to the Collectors concerned and requested to extent a copy to the Director, School Education, AP to scert.cse@apschooledu.in and to furnish the same to podilapub@gmail.com and to WhatsApp 8333905039 to save the delay in preparing the report.
