4. Review meeting with RJDSES/DEOS conducted in the Office of the Commissioner of School Education, A.P., on 09.12.2021

The attention of Regional Joint Director of School Education, Kadapa and the District Educational Officers YSR Kadapa District, Chittoor, Kurnool and Anantapur are invited to the reference 4 cited, wherein the Commissioner of School Education, A.P instructed to take promotions in Zone-IV as per the schedule issued in the reference 2nd cited as promotions counselling was completed in October/November, 2021 in the entire state except Zone-IV due Model Code of Conduct. 

Hence, the RJDSE, Kadapa and DEOS in Zone-IV (YSR Kadapa district, Chittoor, Kurnool and Anantapur) are requested to take up promotions up to the cadre of Headmaster, Grade-II and School Assistants on Adhoc basis as per the Schedule/guidelines issued vide reference 2nd cited duly following the instructions issued vide reference 1st cited.

Further, all other RJDSES/DEOS in the state are requested to prepare seniority lists as per rules so as to take promotions through web counselling and separate guidelines will be issued in this regard. 

This has got the approval of the Commissioner of School Education, Andhra Pradesh, Amaravati.
