The attention of the District Educational Officers & Additional Project Coordinators in the state are invited to the ref 3rd cited and informed that instructions were issued to conduct elections where parent committees could not be reconstituted on 22.09.2021 due to various reasons.

It is further informed that Parent committees were not reconstituted in few districts because of various administrative In this regard, it is informed that remaining Parents Committee are to be constituted so as to implement RTE and various activities of Samagra shiksha. 

Therefore all the District Educational Officers & Additional Project. Coordinators in the state are instructed to reconstitute the parent committees on 29.12.2021 which are not reconstituted on 22.09.2021 & 05.10.2021 duly following the guidelines which are communicated earlier. Sufficient care may be taken to follow interim directions on Parents committee elections if any in their respective districts.
