The attention of District Educational Officers, Nellore, guntur, Prakasam and Kurnool is invited to the references read above and they are informed that, on 13.05.2022 the CSE has chaired webex with all the District Educational Officers in the State regarding the Inter District Transfers and instructed that, if any candidate who was effected IDT under Spouse category expressed his/her unwillingness on 14.05.2022 i.e., at the time reporting in the transferred district, the District Educational Officers by obtaining undertaking from them can retain them in their previous place of working only. In case of Mutual grounds, both the candidates have to submit their written willingness on 14.05.2022 regarding cancellation of their IDT under Mutual category. Then only, they may continue at their previous places only.

Further they are instructed to submit the detailed report regarding these cases to CSE.

Hence, the District Educational Officer, Nellore, Guntur, Prakasam and Kurnool may be requested to examine the request of the individuals and to furnish whether the individuals have submitted any representations on 14.05.2022 i.e., at the time of reporting in the transferred districts and detailed
