The attention of the Commissioner of School Education, is invited to reference cited, wherein he has requested the Government to permit (i) to call for "Expression of Interest" from the DSC-1998 eligible candidates. through a web service for willing to work as teachers in Government schools purely on ad-hoc basis and (ii) to consider them for appointments as Cluster Resource Persons in the fallen vacancies, Academic instructors in KGBVS, Guest Lecturers in AP Model Schools, teachers in DEO pool for deployment in mapped schools if necessary, and against the existing vacancies.

2 In this regard, he is informed that, Government have examined and agreed to the proposal in principle, for appointing them as SGTs on MTS basis on par with DSC-2008 qualified teachers. 3. The CSE is therefore, requested to obtain the Expression of Interest from the qualified persons of DSC-1998, and furnish the list of persons who are willing to work as teachers in Government Schools, to the Government immediately, for taking further action in the matter.
