All the District Education Officers are informed that, the Government have decided to provide Ragi ava to all students in all Government Schools under Jagananna Gorumuddha scheme from March 2023 as an additional nutrition. Ragi Java will be provided as a breakfast for three (3) days in a week on non- chikki days i.e., Tuesday,
Thursday and Saturday The training for preparation of Ragi java with ragi flour and Jaggery powder in proportions/ quantity and quality will be given to all Cook-Cum-Helpers working in schools under Jagananna Gorumuddha by Prof. J. Laksmi, who worked as HoD in
Food and Nutrition, Acharya Nagarjuna University, Guntur on 21-02-2023 through online mode
Therefore, the District Education Officers are requested to identify four (4) Cook- cum-Helpers, two (2) Mandal Education Officers and two (2) Head Masters from the district, who can act as Master trainers, and further trainings to all Cook-cum-Helpers in the district shall be given by the Master Trainers
The identified Master Trainers may be instructed to attend the training from the office of the District Education Office, at 11-30 AM on 21-02-2023 (Tuesday) through online mode. Necessary link for the meeting will be communicated in due course
