Ref:-Instructions of the Joint Secretary, School Education and Literacy, MHRD, Govt. of India dated on 22nd March, 2023 in virtual PAB 2023- 24 meeting.

The attention of all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education, District Educational Officers and Additional Project Coordinators of Samagra Shiksha in the State is invited to the reference cited, the Joint Secretary, School Education and Literacy, MHRD, Government of India, New Delhi instructed for improving of enrollment of Children with Special Needs in Schools in Andhra Pradesh.

Further, it is informed that, there is 7970 CwSN enrollment has declined at elementary level between 2021-22 UDISE+ to 2022-23. It is Prasad low declinement of CwSN in Krishna District (119) at elementary level. The observed that the decline of CwSN is high in NTR District (1698) whereas details are as follows.
