School Education - SCERT - Summative Assessment 2 -Heat waves - Modification of timings issued - reg.

The attention of all Regional Joint Directors of School Education and District Educational Officers in the state is invited to the reference cited above, wherein the orders have been issued to conduct the 3rd classroom- based assessment/summative assessment 2 in the academic year 2022- 2023, beginning on April 20, 2023, across the state from classes I to IX, during the morning session only, from 9.00 a.m. to noon.
A slight modification of the timings mentioned in the reference above is issued in order to mitigate the state's heat waves.
Therefore, all the regional joint directors and district educational officers 8.00 am to 11.15 a.m are informed to disseminate the modifications. The guidelines should be followed scrupulously.
This has got the approval of the commissioner of school education.
