Attention of all the DT&AOs in the state and the ATO, AP CRT, Mangalagiri is invited to the subject and reference cited. They are informed that vide reference cited, Govt., have issued the following clarification regarding Limitation of Family Pension to surviving child on the event of death of both the parents:

"The surviving child or children is (or) are eligible to draw two family pension in the event of death of parents(in case both parents are Government employees), and the amount of both pensions shall be limited to Rs.27830/- per month only in RPS 2010 scales. Further No enhancement was made and there are no PRC recommendations on enhancement of maximum limit of two family pensions in 10th & 11th PRCs."

In view of the above, all the DT&AOs in the state and the ATO, AP CRT, Mangalagiri are requested take necessary action accordingly.
