Declaring Single Session Schools w.e.f.04.04.2022 to all schools in the present academic year except 10th class students - Orders – Issued - Reg RC.169

       All the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and the District Educational Officers in the State are informed that, in the reference cited,vthe undersigned has been accorded permission to declare Single SessionbSchools for classes I to IX from 4th April, 2022 onwards with daily timings from 07.30 AM to 11.30 AM followed by Midday Meal. In view of the SSC Examinations scheduled from 27th April, 2022, the classes for 10th class students shall continue as usual, with additional study hours as already prescribed.

In view of the above, they are therefore requested to issue necessary instructions to all the Parrincipals /Headmasters of all schools to ensure that the children of classes I to IX shall leave for their homes immediately, after taking midday meals and if any children from distanceplaces would like to stay back till their transportation is available,necessary arrangements such as providing shelter, drinking water bemade available.These instructions should be followed scrupulously.
