Every month from the date of appointment after the service is regulatory. 20 days leave will be paid.

This holiday is also full of all time vacations along with the duration of the holiday. The service is considered under Like the Earned Leave model, the first month of January is not the first date of leave for the month of July. Half of the salary is deposited after the service is complete.
2.Private affairs
Earning holiday can be used as a holiday holiday.
There is no disturbance for increments and services.
Complimentary vacation on medical grounds is getting the full salary * Commuted vacation * Six days from the holidays are deducted from semi-annual leave.

Commuted leave is increased from 180 days to 240 days.

A total of 240 days to replace a 480-day holidays in the amount of service can be paid a salary of Rs.
The rest of the vacations should be used only with semester.
Form-A and B are to be submitted for medical leave.
The wage, DA half and salaries are paid entirely by the use of a seminar on personal needs (Memo No.3220 / 77 / A1 / PC-01/05 Dt: 19-02-2005)

HRA, CCAs will be payable if the arbitrary leave crosses 180 days.
Those who have been treated for long-term illnesses such as cancer, mental illness, leprosy, tuberculosis, heart disease, kidney failure can get the full benefits of availing hiring vacations that are stored in his / her account with a maximum of 6 months depending on the certificate of the relevant medical expert. HRA and CCAs pay for up to 8 months for the sick. (G.O.Ms.No.29 Dt: 09-03-2011)
In any case, the commuted holiday can not be converted to HPL. (G.O.Ms.No.143 Dt: 01-06-1968)
The employee shall rejoin the duty after the expiry of the leave. If any reason for the resignation or resignation of any of the reasons, such periods will be withdrawn from the above-paid leave salary as a minimum salary leave for half the pay leave.

సర్వీసు రెగ్యులరైజ్ అయిన తరువాత నియామక తేది నుండి ప్రతి సం॥ కి 20 రోజుల అర్ధవేతన సెలవు జమచేయబడుతుంది.
సం॥ నకు కొన్ని రోజులు తక్కువైనను ఈ సెలవు రాదు.(G.O.Ms.No.165 Dt:17-08-1967)
ఈ సెలవు జమచేయుటకు డ్యూటీ కాలముతో పాటు అన్ని రకాల సెలవుల పై వెళ్ళిన కాలాలను కూడా పూర్తి సం॥ సర్వీసు క్రింద పరిగణిస్తారు
అర్జిత (Earned Leave) మాదిరి జనవరి నెల మొదట,జూలై నెల మొదట తేదిన అర్ధవేతన సెలవు జమచేయరు.సం॥ సర్వీసు పూర్తి చేసిన తర్వాతనే సగం జీతపు సెలవు ఖాతాకు జమచేస్తారు. అర్ధవేతన సెలవు రెండు రకాలుగా మంజూరు చేస్తారు.
వైద్య ధృవపత్రం ఆధారంగా(Medical Certificate)
స్వంత వ్యవహారాలపై (Private Affairs)
సంపాదిత సెలవు నిల్వయున్నను అర్ధవేతన సెలవు వాడుకోవచ్చును.
ఇంక్రిమెంట్లు,సర్వీసుకు ఎటువంటి ఆటంకం కలగదు.
వైద్య కారణముల పై అర్ధవేతన సెలవు పెట్టి పూర్తి జీతం పొందుటను *కమ్యూటెడ్ సెలవు* అందురు.సెలవు పెట్టిన రోజులకు రెట్టింపు రోజులు అర్ధజీతపు సెలవు ఖాతా నుండి తగ్గిస్తారు.

వ్యాధిగ్రస్తులకు 8 నెలల వరకు HRA,CCA లు పూర్తిగా చెల్లిస్తారు. (G.O.Ms.No.29 Dt:09-03-2011)
ఎట్టి పరిస్థితులలోనూ కమ్యూటెడ్ సెలవును HPL గా మార్చుకొనుటకు వీలులేదు. (G.O.Ms.No.143 Dt:01-06-1968)
ఇట్టి సెలవు వినియోగించుకున్న తర్వాత ఉద్యోగి తిరిగి డ్యూటీలో చేరాలి.కాని ఏ కారణం చేతనైనా రాజీనామా చేయుటకు గాని,లేక పదవీ విరమణ చేయుటకు గాని సిద్దపడినట్లయితే అట్టి సందర్భాలలో అంతకుముందే మంజూరైన కమ్యూటెడ్ సెలవును సగం జీతం సెలవుగా మార్చి అధికంగా పొందిన సెలవు జీతం అట్టి ఉద్యోగి నుండి తిరిగి రాబట్టాలి.
సెలవు పెట్టి తిరిగి డ్యూటీలో చేరకముందే ఉద్యోగి మరణించినా కమ్యూటెడ్ సెలవు మరియు సగం జీతం సెలవు జీతాలలో తేడాను అట్టి ఉద్యోగి నుండి తిరిగి వసూలు చేయనవసరం లేదు. (G.O.Ms.No.33 F&P Dt:29-01-1976)
