 ఈస్ట్రన్‌ పవర్‌  ఏసీలు, ఫ్యాన్ల వినియోగంతో కరెంట్‌ బిల్లులు గుండె గుబేలుమనిపిస్తున్నాయి. మీటరు రీడింగ్‌ తీసే వ్యక్తులు సకాలంలో రాకపోతే శ్లాబు మారిపోతుందనే ఆందోళన నెలకొంటుంది. ఈసారి కరెంట్‌ బిల్లు ఎంత వస్తుందోననే భయం వెంటాడుతుంది. ఈపీడీసీఎల్‌ అందుబాటులోకి తెచ్చిన నూతన విధానంతో ఇకపై కంగారు పడాల్సిన పనిలేదు. మీ మీటరు రీడింగ్‌ మీరే సకాలంలో తీసి పంపితే ఈ-బిల్లు మీ కళ్ల ముందు ప్రత్యక్షమవుతుంది. విధి నిర్వహణలో రీడింగ్‌ తీసే వ్యక్తులు సైతం కొవిడ్‌ బారిన పడుతున్నారు. ఈ పరిస్థితికి చెక్‌ పెట్టేందుకు వినియోగదారులు ఎవరికి వారే సకాలంలో విద్యుత్తు బిల్లులు రీడింగ్‌ తీసి పంపేందుకు వీలుగా తూర్పు ప్రాంత విద్యుత్తు పంపిణీ సంస్థ eastern power app అందుబాటులోకి తెచ్చింది.

 వినియోగం ఇలా:

గూగుల్‌ ప్లేస్టోర్‌ నుంచి ఈస్ట్రన్‌ పవర్‌ యాప్‌ ఇన్‌స్టాల్‌ చేసుకోవాలి. కొత్త వారైతే పేరు, చిరునామా, ఫోన్ నంబర్, మెయిల్‌ ఐడీ నమోదు చేయాలి. ఐడీ, పాస్‌వర్డు ద్వారా లాగిన్‌ అవ్వాలి. 16 అంకెల విద్యుత్తు సర్వీస్‌ మీటరు సంఖ్య నమోదు చేసిన వెంటనే మీ ఫోన్ కి ఓటీపీ వస్తుంది. అది ఎంటర్‌ చేస్తే రిజిస్ట్రేషన్‌ పూర్తవుతుంది. మీటరు ఐకాన్‌ రిజిస్ట్టర్‌ సర్వీస్‌ నంబర్‌పై క్లిక్‌ చేసి కెమెరా ఐకాన్‌ ద్వారా మీటర్‌ రీడింగ్‌ స్కాన్‌ చేయాలి. కేడబ్ల్యూహెచ్‌ రీడింగ్‌ నమోదు చేసి సబ్మిట్‌ చేస్తే అధికారి నిర్ధారణ చేసిన తరువాత మీ ఫోన్ కి సమాచారం వస్తుంది. ఈ యాప్‌లోనే బకాయిలు, బిల్లు కట్టే విధానం, వంటి సౌకర్యాలు కూడా ఉన్నాయి.

అవగాహన కల్పిస్తున్నాం:

ప్రస్తుతం వినియోగదారులకు అవగాహన కల్పిస్తున్నాం. ఆండ్రాయిడ్‌ సెల్‌ ఉపయోగించే వారికి ఇది ఎంతో సౌలభ్యంగా ఉంటుంది. యాప్‌ వినియోగంపై ఎవరికైనా అర్థం కాకపోయినా అవగాహన కల్పిస్తాం. ప్రస్తుతం వినియోగదారులు ఫోన్ ద్వారా రీడింగ్‌ తీసి పంపిస్తే అది రికార్డులో నమోదవుతుంది
