School Education Field Visits of Principal Secretary /CSE/Directors/RJDSES (School Education) to the districts - Certain instructions to the District Educational Officers / Deputy Educational Officers / Mandal Educational Officers / Headmasters of the Secondary Schools - Issued.
The attention of all the District Educational Officers, Deputy Educational Officers and Mandal Educational Officers of Zone-II Districts are invited to the subject matter and they are informed that the Principal Secretary to Government, School Education Department has inspected various High Schools, Govt Jr. Colleges, Sachivalayams and Hostels in East Godavari, Kakinada and Dr.B.R.Ambedkar Konaseema Districts on 03.03.2023. During the visits, the Principal Secretary has interacted with the Students, Teachers, and Headmasters and examined several points in the Schools and noticed certain lapses.
In this regard, all the District Educational Officers/the Deputy Educational Officers/Mandal Educational Officers and Headmasters of Zone-II Districts are requested to follow the below instructions scrupulously and sensitize all the teachers in their respective schools. Note Books and Work Books of all the students should be corrected by the concerned teacher.
> Explain the significance and motive of the usage of Byjus Tabs to the 8th class students to improve the percentage of usage of Byjus and also ensure the usage percentage of teachers will be more than that of the students.
> Maintain the class wise, subject wise Lesson plans.
> Syllabus should be completed as per academic calendar.
> Observe the Jagananna Gorumudda Scheme (MDM), eggs and Chikkis quality.
> Observe the pending Nadu-Nedu material and instruct the
Headmaster & concerned Engineering Department Officials to complete the pending works.
100% Utilization of J.V.K Items shoes, bags, books dictionary etc. Ensure that all the students wear JVK belts and shoes every day.
Toilets /running water availability and usage of Hand wash in the school.
The Headmasters are directed to resolve the issues raised in the Consisting Rhythm app by the Educational Welfare Assistant /Engineering Assistant/Mahila Police of Village/ward secretariats from time to time.
> The Mandal Educational Officers and Headmasters of Schools should maintain cordial relations with each other. Any complaint in this regard will be viewed seriously.
Further, the District Educational Officers are directed to review the Tour Dairies of the Deputy Educational Officers and Mandal Educational Officers in their jurisdiction and submit compliance reports along with their performance appraisal reports to the undersigned before 5th of every month and also ensure that there is at least 2 inspections, 20 visits and 2 night halts in a month.
Any lapses found by the higher officials during their field visits to the schools, concerned Inspecting Officers (DYEO/MEO) and the Headmasters of the said schools are held responsible and necessary action will be initiated/ recommended against them as per rules in force.
