A.P.-SIEMAT-Creation of Implementing Agencies (As)account for schools selected in 2nd phase and map all with the existing Single Nodal Agency (SNA)account of PMSHRI scheme- Certain instructions -Issued

All the District Educational Offcers and Additional Projecr Coordinators, Samagra Shiksha in the state are informed that the MoE,Gol has approved 193 schools (list enclosed)in the state of Andhra Pradesh and issued instructions to create an Implementing Agencies (IAs)account for schools selected in 2nd phase ang map all with the existing Single Nodal Agency (SNA)account of PM SHRI schools fartuhding of the PM SHRI Scheme. The Government of India has Issued instructions to open separate Zero Balanced Accounts in Union Bank of India in the name of PM SHRI for 2n phase PMSHRI hools (Ust Enclosed),. The Central and State code is to be added while opening the PM SHRI accounts as follows.

Therefore, the District Educational Omcers and Additional Project Coordinators of Samagra Shiksha in the state are requested issue necessary instructions to the concerned PM SHRI school Head Masters to open separate Zero Balance (joint)accounts in Union Bank of india as per the above syntax and there shall be a separate account for PM SHRI. Already existing accounts of SMCs like Samagra PFMS account or MBNN ecount are not to be mapped as PM SHRI account,care should be taken in this regard and instructed to complete the opening of PM SHRI accounts in the selected 193 schools by 14-3-2024 Sich the details to this office on or before 14-3-2024.
Further, it is informed that all the APCs in the state to prepare the Annual Work Plan & Budget (AWPSB)proposals for the 2rd phase selected
PMSHRI schools for Project Apptovs Board (PAB) meetings as per the norms of the PM SHRI Scheme.
Top priority should be given to this gtungt work.
