Ref: D.O No. 08-03/2022-15-13 dated 14th July, 2022 from Joint Secretary(SS.II), DOSE&L, Ministry of Education, GOI
As per the reference cited above, the Additional secretary to the DOSE&L MOE,Goles informed that NIPUN BHARAT mission was launched on 5th July 2021 with a vision to create an enabling environment for ensuring universal acquisition of foundational literacy and numeracy, so that every child achieves desired learning competencies in reading, writing and numeracy at the end of grade 3 by 2026-2027. Through NIPUN Bharat it is envisaged to support and encourage students along with their teachers, parents and communities to achieve targets of NIPUN Bharat Mission.
Further in order to generate the greater awareness among various stake holders, the following documents are to be displayed at all educational institutions.
- NIPUN Bharat pledge in Hindi, English and Regional language Telugu
- Display of posters on NIPUN Bharat Lakshyas from Balavatika to Grade 3 in regional and local languages
- One hard copy of the developmental 606 wise key competencies and learning out comes for al six levels of foundational stages.
- Share the documents, posters, pledge through social media accounts with State Officials teachers parents and the communit throughout the state. Posters on NIPUN Bharat lakshyas are up loaded, on the DIKSHA portal and same may be accessed through the links
Therefore, all the District Educational officers and Ex-Officio Project Coordinators and Additional Project Coordinators of Samagra Shiksha are instructed to convey the same to all the stake holders including Head Masters, Teachers, Parents. Students and Community Members without fail.
