The attention of all the District Educational Officers and Additional Project Coordinators, Samagra Shiksha is invited to the reference 9th read above, wherein the School Education (TRG) Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh have issued the notification for admission of children in Class-l under section 12(1) (C) of the Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act, 2009, for the Academic year 2023-2024 for calling 2nd round applications from the Students as the low number of applications were received as compared to the potential number of seats in private schools under 25% EWS reservation.
In this regard, the Government have issued the following revised extended Schedule for calling 2nd round applications from the S' and other activities.
Important Dates:
Student Registration window open on the portal, for 2nd round applications:06.05.2023 to 15.05.2023
Student application eligibility determination through GSWS Data: 16.05.23 to 20.05.23
Publication of Lottary Results: 22.05.23
Confirmation of Student admission by Schools: 24.05.23 to 28.05.23
In view of the above, all the District Educational Officers and Additional Project Coordinators, Samagra Shiksha in the State are requested to issue vide publicity through all the print and electronic media for reaching the parents and take necessary action accordingly as per the schedule issued by the Government immediately
